Service Contract

Service Contract for Guest Posting on LearnEnglishTeam.com

This Service Contract outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or entities (“Guest Writers”) submitting articles for publication on LearnEnglishTeam.com (“the Website”). By submitting an article, you agree to the following terms:

1. Submission and Publication

1.1. Guest Writers may submit articles for consideration via the designated submission process. 1.2. LearnEnglishTeam.com reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted article at its sole discretion. 1.3. If an article is accepted and published, the Guest Writer acknowledges that all rights to the content will belong to LearnEnglishTeam.com.

2. Post-Publication Edits

2.1. Once an article is published, the Guest Writer cannot make edits to the content unless LearnEnglishTeam.com has made an error. 2.2. If a correction is required due to an error, the Guest Writer must notify LearnEnglishTeam.com via email at learnenglishteam@gmail.com. The Website will address the correction within 21 days of receiving the request. 2.3. Any additional edits or changes requested by the Guest Writer after publication will incur a service fee, which will be determined by LearnEnglishTeam.com.

3. Ownership and Rights

3.1. By submitting an article, the Guest Writer agrees to transfer all rights, including copyright, to LearnEnglishTeam.com upon publication. 3.2. LearnEnglishTeam.com retains the right to modify, remove, or repurpose the content as deemed necessary.

4. Hosting and Removal

4.1. Guest posts will be hosted on LearnEnglishTeam.com’s servers for a maximum of six (6) months. 4.2. After six months, LearnEnglishTeam.com is not responsible for retaining or maintaining the article on its servers. The Guest Writer is advised to keep personal copies of their work.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Guest Writers must pay any agreed fees within three (3) days of the invoice date. 5.2. If payment is not received within the three-day period, an additional charge of $10 will be applied for each day the payment remains unpaid.

6. Liability

6.1. LearnEnglishTeam.com is not liable for any consequences arising from the removal or modification of guest posts after the six-month hosting period. 6.2. The Guest Writer is solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an article to LearnEnglishTeam.com, the Guest Writer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this Service Contract. Any disputes or disagreements will be addressed in accordance with the policies of LearnEnglishTeam.com.
